As an artist, all I have is my work and my reputation. If you buy a painting from me, and aren't completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the product, I will do everything I can reasonably do within my power to make things right.
Most paintings will ship unframed unless otherwise noted or framing arrangements are made.
If a frame is delivered to you obviously damaged or with broken glass, please do not open the package. Return it back to me, and I will have it re-framed.
Please allow at least one week for framing and matting.
